As a new patient at Pioneer Valley Dental Arts in Longmeadow, MA, your first visit will be an opportunity to learn more about our dental practice and comprehensive care while we take time to get to know you and understand your unique concerns and goals.

First Visit: What To Expect
Your initial visit with us will last approximately 90 minutes, allowing us ample time to assess your oral health, take necessary diagnostic imaging and consult with you on your dental health concerns and cosmetic goals. You will be given an office tour and your dental hygienist will discuss your personal oral hygiene habits. Your visit will include:
- Dental examination
- Diagnostic imaging: x-rays, etc. as needed
- Periodontal and oral cancer screening
- Occlusal analysis
- Consultation with Dr. Evans or Dr. Ziemba
- Professional dental cleaning (if time allows)
If additional restorative or cosmetic dentistry is recommended or requested, a follow up appointment will be scheduled before you leave.
Payment and Insurance
Pioneer Valley Dental Arts offers a wide range of payment options as well as financing. We participate with several dental insurance carriers and file most all others as out of network provider, helping you to maximize your benefits.
