Gina, RDH, Dental Hygienist
Gina graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences- Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. After graduation, she returned to her roots in Western Massachusetts to join the PVDA team. After a 5 year break from studying, she is currently working towards her Masters in Dental Hygiene from the University of Bridgeport to attain the most innovative and advanced information on preventive dentistry and healthcare delivery. Gina is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association on the National level and also her local chapter.
When she is not dedicating her time to dentistry, Gina enjoys dancing and teaching dance at a local studio. She also enjoys cooking, taking fitness classes, and traveling. But most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her close-knit family, her husband David, and her two German shepherds; Whiskey and Ava.
Kathleen, RDH, Dental Hygienist
Kathleen received her registered Dental Hygiene Degree from Springfield Technical Community College in 1983. She has been a registered Hygienist since that time and has been here at Pioneer Valley Dental Arts since 1996.
She and her husband reside in East Longmeadow. They have two children. Kathy enjoys spending time at her family’s house in Ocean Park, Maine. She also enjoys reading, cooking and gardening.
Dawn, RDH, Dental Hygienist
Dawn graduated from Springfield Technical Community College where she received her Registered Dental Hygiene Degree. She is a member of the Sigma Phi Alpha National Dental Hygiene Society and the Phi Theta-Kappa International Honor Society. She joined PVDA in January 2000.
Her first job in dentistry was in a pediatric office and she has volunteered at various functions promoting dental health for children.
Sandy, CDA, Dental Assistant
Sandy has been in the dental assisting profession since 1981 and here at Pioneer Valley Dental Arts since 1996. Sandy has received advanced training and certification in Orthodontic chair side assisting through the International Association of Orthodontics.
In 2005, Sandy completed the necessary requirements and exams to receive her certification in Dental Assisting. She is an avid walker with her 2 rescue pups, enjoys stenciling, decorating and working in her yard.
Yana, DA, Dental Assistant
Yana is originally from Russia and this is where she began her career in Dental Assisting. In 1991 she moved to the United States where she continued her career in dentistry, she joined the Team at Pioneer Valley Dental Arts in 2001.
Yana resides in East Longmeadow with her husband and two children. When not working she enjoys cooking and exercising. She is now a licensed Dental Assistant.
Rianne, DA, Dental Assistant
Rianne graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Porter and Chester Institute in 2014. She joined the Team at Pioneer Valley Dental Arts shortly after graduating.

Anna, Office Manager
Anna has been working in the dental healthcare profession as a dental chair side assistant and administrator since 1990. She has been with the team at Pioneer Valley Dental Arts since 1996. Anna has gained much experience through hands on training and continuing education opportunities throughout the years.
In her free time she enjoys many artistic endeavors, gardening and spending time outdoors with her husband and son.
Kristen, Patient Coordinator
Kristen has been in the dental healthcare profession as a dental chair side assistant and administrator since 2010. She joined the team at Pioneer Valley Dental Arts in 2015. Kristen continues to gain experience through continuing education courses. In her spare time she enjoys outside activities as well as spending time with her family.
Samantha, Patient Coordinator
Samantha has been in the dental healthcare profession as a dental chair side assistant and administrator since 1998. Samantha joined the Pioneer Valley Dental Arts team in 2016. When she isn’t working she enjoys weekends in Vermont, four-wheeling, kayaking and relaxing outdoors.
